We believe that the quality of a location is the most important characteristic for both the business owner and his or her customers. We believe our locations and shared office space are some of the best locations in Lubbock, and we seek to provide only the best locations to our tenants. We have maintained many of our buildings for more than 20 years, and as such we have not yet expanded into the “new” areas of Lubbock. But we still offer some of the best retail, office, service, and warehouse locations in Lubbock. If our buildings are not right for you, we are happy to suggest one that is. We seek to provide the best locations, and we are confident we have a building to suit your needs.

Affordability:
We want our locations to be affordable to all types of businesses
We operate our business in the most efficient manner possible in order to cut down on overhead costs and pass along savings to our tenants. When appropriate, we provide maintenance services in-house to further cut costs. We are conservative with our finances, so we are not forced to lean on our tenants. We want our locations of shared office space to be affordable to all types of businesses, and we strive constantly to make our spaces more affordable.
Integrity:
We communicate honestly with our tenants
To us, integrity means doing exactly as you say you will do. We strive to exhibit integrity in all that we do. Integrity requires sacrifice; we do not make promises we can’t keep in order to “seal a deal.” Instead, we communicate honestly with our tenants, and we strive always to do exactly as we say we will do.

Accessibility:
When you have a problem, we will seek to address it timely
Our tenants are our customers, and we strive to be accessible to our customers. When you call, you’ll receive a prompt response. When you have a problem, we will seek to address it timely. If you need help, we will do everything we reasonably can to help you. With us, there are no “middlemen” through which you must communicate. Instead, we are accessible to our tenants, and we believe our tenants will appreciate the quality of the service we provide.
